  • First time session and balance

    Session length: 1.5 hours.

    Price: $160

    For all new clients - please allow up to 2 hours for this first session so that you are not rushed.

    During this session we will discuss your history, what’s currently happening in your life, your lifestyle and what you would like to gain from the session.

    Prior to your appointment you will be provided with an intake form to fill in, which will assist guide our session.

  • Follow up session

    Session length: 1 hour.

    Price: $130

    During this session we will discuss what is happening in your life and what you would like to work on.

  • Follow up session - extended

    Session length: 1.5 hours

    Price: $150

    Feel free to choose this option if it has been awhile since you have had a session or there is lot happening in your life!

    During this session we will discuss what is happening in your life and what you would like to work on.

Bookings

I have availability across a number of days including some evenings and Saturdays. If you are unable to find a date or time that suits, please feel free to contact me to arrange an alternative time.

Location

All sessions are held at my private home clinic in Newport. The address will be provided once you have booked.

Booking policies

Intake form
Prior to your first appointment you will be provided with an online intake form. Please ensure you fill this is to let me know what’s happening in your life and to advise of any health related issues you have. This information will help to guide your first session. This information will be held in strict confidence.

Payments
Payment can be made in person with cash, card or via bank transfer (details will be provided).

$10 from every session will go to two charities that I support: Foodbank (food relief organisation) and McAuley Community Services for Women (which offers a variety of life-changing services for women impacted by homelessness, family violence, or both).

Cancellation and rescheduling
The booking system will send you a confirmation text when you first book in. I will also contact you directly to provide the intake form and further details for your appointment. You will also receive a reminder text at 9.00am the day before your appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know 24 hours prior to your booking time via text to 0402900724. Appointment times are precious and this gives me time to fill the time slot. A cancellation fee of $50 may apply for any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Thank you for your understanding.
